Talk with Yokogawa measurement support

Share the product category, measurement range, approval region and calibration expectation. The support team will route the request to product selection, service planning or documentation review.

Request routing

Send product lists, calibration records or loop requirements through the inquiry form so the file can be routed with context.

Working Hours

Engineering response

Requests are reviewed during business hours with priority for shutdown work, audit records and production-line measurement issues.

What makes a request easier to answer

A useful inquiry does not need to be polished, but it should include enough operating context to avoid a generic reply. For electronic test equipment, include bandwidth, voltage category, probe type, data logging need and calibration due date. For process instrumentation, include pressure or temperature limits, media, output signal, hazardous-area classification and any approval language your plant requires.

If the request relates to service, send the instrument model, serial number, last certificate date and the reason for review. A device that failed a field check may need a different route than one that is simply due for scheduled calibration.

If several teams are involved, name the main reviewer. Procurement, QA and maintenance often need different answers, and the first reply is better when the support path is clear.

Quote form

Send enough detail for a useful first reply.

For product selection, include range, accuracy target, signal output and installation environment. For calibration, include instrument model, serial number, last certificate date and whether ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation is required.

For process instrumentation, add media, pressure or temperature limits, wetted material needs and protocol expectations such as HART, Modbus, 4-20 mA or OPC UA.

For audit-driven requests, attach the standard or internal procedure name your team cites. That detail helps the response distinguish a general certificate request from an accredited calibration requirement.
